Hi Ralf, everyone...

I have unfortunatly clashed names with another company doing similar products online.

I have bought a new domain name, and I am in the process of rebranding all my products, from "Samplestars" to "Sample Salad".

I'm wondering how best to proceed with my products and account on Tradebit.

I know I can change my Company name in my control panel here, but apparently I cannot change my login, or my subdomain.
Would it be best for me to cancel my Samplestars account, then set up a new account with the Sample Salad name?

hi, the change of the username is not possible without enormous efforts from our side. Database entries, locations, etc. are all bound to that. I strongly recommend a second account and a slow migration! Sorry :-/

I just hope I'll be able to use my usual Paypal address with the new account. I'll delete "Samplestars" before I set up "Sample Salad"...

no need to delete the old account, you can keep that, if you have setup affiliate links, eg.
