I would like to know is: if a payment bounces either from PayPal or alertpay (could be due to an invalid payee address) is the 'non payment' recorded as such in tradebit because as far as I know those payments are marked as "paid" in my sales log.

Also, could u pls tell me exactly how much tradebit owes to me? As far as I know it is $9.97, but support keeps saying it is $4.99 USD, in spite of me explaining everything in Ticket#2011103110005398

I would appreciate if you step in and take a look, and pls send me whatever the amount is, to my alertpay account. Many thanks. smiling smiley

hi... sorry for the delay.. finally back from holidays and back in the saddle...

not sure, if i understand your question fully... if a payout payment fails, it is still marked as paid in your payment logs. the bulk payment procedures are not supporting any automated management of these payments and we just do not have the resources to check these payments.

normally we cancel accounts after 3 failed payouts, because normally merchants mail us after 1 or 2 failed payments. if they do not do this, they probably do not exist or just played around in the first place.

if a payment to you as a merchant or affiliate fails, the best way to solve the issue is to mail us the copy and paste part of the summary page, where we list something like:

2011-11-23 $23 sent to xyz@somedomain.zy via paypal

and if you mail us that line and tell us: this failed, we can look it up in the paypal logs to confirm and resend it...

Well it seems I am not getting replies to forum posts either, in spite of checking the 'email me replies...' checkbox.

Well, to cut the long story short, I have already sent both the logs as well as the total payment I believe is due on my account ($14 or so, I think). However since then I have not gotten any reply. Just thought to post on the forum as a last resort. sad smiley

Could u pls just verify that u got and understood everything OK?
