hi! we pay out every wednesday to the paypal email in your profile. I just checked and saw a significant amount of refunds for your account. You have currently a negatvie balance with us!

Are you playing with me? what do you mean by significant amount of refund, only two transactions were refunded and what huh negative balance can you say, the last payment which was made to me was on 28 May 2008 and after that i have several sales and only two were refunded from them, so according to me you still owe me
4.49 + 5.24 + 3.74 $ and please dont say me that i'm having negative balance and more thing there's a bug in your system or you deleted the entry in payout schedule because 2-4 days ago i was showing that i' haven't been paid for my last two sales which was true and when i asked here about not been paid it got removed and you came up saying that i m having negative balance. I can prove to you that you owe the above mention $ in case if you are still unable to figure it out.

hi, we pay out wednesdays (today) and always the period of the last week. For the upcoming payout, you will get

Which you see in your statistics page...

For the last period, you had a charge back:

which can also see in the summary page and which we already paid you. So you went into a negative balance, when that charge was reversed by paypal.

Your total payout today will be ($3.71) if all chargebacks and calculations are done.

Please look in your summary page. We also do not remove any entries manually, we can not afford that.

i was never been paid for that sale of $15 from v*****@opton****.net, i m 100% sure for that can you show me the details of the payment made to me like the date, amount etc of paypal.

the customer paid on the 15th of May for your SEO pack.

Since then the payout looks like this:

2008-07-16: Sales $3.71 sent productreseller@****.com
2008-05-28: Sales $10.48 sent to productreseller@****.com
2008-05-14: Sales $13.49 sent to productreseller@****.com

The 14th closes everything until the 12th

That means in the time from the 12th of may to the payout on the 28th you have sold:

makes a total of 10.48, which you got on the 28th. Between the 12th of May and the 28th of May was no other sale recorded. And that 15USD sale seems to were pending all the time, otherwise you would have gotten a 21st of May payout.

That all looks pretty bug free!

Thats what i'm saying i was never been paid for that $15 USD Sale. Then how would my balance can come into negative balance. The refund was made before the payout of that sale. But you still send me only $3.71 in my paypal recently that means you still owe me $4.49 + $5.24 and the sale which were recently made which are there in the open payout.
