Unable to Download Purchased File!

Hello Admin,
I Purchase one file from TradeBit. But when i enter download code id... It takes me to the page where i can download the file.

But the problem i have is that. It gives link to download only via Java.... I want to download it using my Bitcomet or DAp for fastest download and size is 1.8 GB... So with "Java Download" it also fails and stop in the middle....

So please help me out as soon as posible.

Abhi, did you try to use the "Start direct download" link next to the file in the list? Please mail me your email address you used to pay for the download to puzzler(at)tradebit.com and I will have a quick look!
