well, i will invest some time in improving that over the course of the next 2 days... today the database crashed badly, so I believe something else is wrong! give me a few hours to investigate and improve the loading speed on the subdomains more! ralf

hi - no that must be something else going wrong. allow me a few questions to investigate at the right places: a) are you logged in, when browsing? b) which language do you use? c) are all files in one group? i will take your answers and solve the problem! ralf

tom, we have a micropayments agreement with paypal. that means: if you sell via us, that is fine! if you want to push sales on your site and the average payment is below 5$ - request the micropayment rates there yourself! your details with paypal do not effect your relation to tradebit in any way... ok? ralf

hi tabbycal... no, it should be listed automatically on once you published it! It must have a description and it must be "public" in the settings, if you use the power admin mode. In easy mode it should be all done automatically! ralf

Matt, no - that IPN activation does not affect your paypal capabilities nor do we charge anything on transactions that are not related to us. let me add something, that is ALWAYS forgotten, when people ask about the fees: once you have published the file on tradebit, we talk about the sales that WE bring to the site... if you do affiliate linking you can raise your payout up to 85% AND if you sell on your OWN paypal account from other places and just use us as logistics: you only pay 5% at the end of the month... hi, on the standard contract you get paid $3.50 for a 5$ sale if you reach a certain level of revenue, we raise to 75% and you get 3.75 into your paypal account... ralf

Folks: just a short notice that we have updated our FTP upload servers to a new external cluster. When we did that the last time, something went wrong and everybody had problems connecting! I personally tested the new setup with around 5 different users, new and old. We think this time everything should work. hi, no - we take care of the paypal fee! that is in average something around 5% for us... so if you pay us 25% commission, we only get 20% out of it... thanks for noticing that :-) ralf

dave, as I mailed you before: doing a copy+paste is a very bad idea for your sales because we live in big parts from the search engines. neither google nor bing like duplicate texts: specifically Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content. so, google avoids the phrase penalty, but they also make clear that ranking will not happen with

CHARGEBACKS are directly deducted from the weekly payout and the revenue put on the next. See your open payout at the bottom?

hi... first: I have deleted the user, who copied your description 1 to 1... that is not tolerated at all around here! second: yes, if your descriptions are unique for google, the chances of ranking increase. Also the careful usage of keywords (phrases, which users type into google to search for) that are describing the product help a lot.... ralf
