dave, as I mailed you before: doing a copy+paste is a very bad idea for your sales because we live in big parts from the search engines. neither google nor bing like duplicate texts: specifically Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content. so, google avoids the phrase penalty, but they also make clear that ranking will not happen withby puzzler - Files on SALE

hi... first: I have deleted the user, who copied your description 1 to 1... that is not tolerated at all around here! second: yes, if your descriptions are unique for google, the chances of ranking increase. What I do not understand: "stealing" the description leads to a "duplicate content penalty" with google and people will rank much lower with their articles than the original source and will not sell a dime on tradebit... this is just wasting a lot of time for copy+paste that has no real outcome! ralfby puzzler - Files on SALE

that problem is hopefully solved now - it was NOT the user rights, it was a pure-ftpd setting in IPtables that was blocking the outgoing FTP traffic. So a firewall problem on the new FTP servers. i just tested it and the first login with filezilla takes really long... over 70 seconds... then the servers are fast... not sure, what the reason is, but if you set your time out up, it should work... just be patient with the first login. you are now landing in a NEW storage box... maybe i have to fix the rights to avoid the long first cycle... ralfby puzzler - Misc. discussion: PayPal, File hosting, ...

hi, that should not be the case the BR tag is allowed! I am currently on the road, so I have to find out, if that is a bug that sneaked in with the new changes! If so, the BR is filtered with all the rest of HTML and I am sorry for that... hi richard! do you mean the 11 MB zip file? That is waiting for you to be sorted in the FTP upload directory... if you use the FTP method INSTEAD of the wizard, you might want to switch the member area into "power mode" by clicking the grey "easy admin" writing on the top right... go to FILES and choose "Show Uploads" on the left from the submenu... oby puzzler - Picture and File tools

Hi, we cross reference these specific keywords with other products and try to provide the most relevant downloads related to that term. alex, you should see that sale in your statistics... I guess you are in EASY mode with that other account? johnny, i dont think it is a copyright problem for the text itself, but what these copycats do not understand: the same text on the page will google make it summarize the search result for duplication and none of the sellers will sell anything, because they never get traffic... ralfby puzzler - Files on SALE
