MP3 5-Track - It's A What?
I play the guitar, and I sing... Songs, improvisations, musical dowsing, trance breathing, channelling and someone else''s poetry. I like to play the loud electric guitar most of all, but they tell me they can''t hear the words & my voice so much when I do
9 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Acoustic, FOLK: Folk Blues
Details:
"It''s A What?" is my second self-released CD-R of acoustic guitar, songs and singing
Usually I play the electric guitar, all loud and crazy, with a bass player and a drummer and sometimes other friends
But some people asked me to record with just acoustic guitar and voice again, so they could hear the songs more clearly. In the spring of 2005, my friend Lindsay Vari offered me the studio time to record this CD
Most of the songs on "It''s A What?" are my songs all the way. Here are the exceptions: Track 3, ''Intra-Venus,'' is based on a poem (''Tar'') by Chrstian Peet. Track 5, ''Static,'' is a song by Neon Brown. I like to play with Neon Brown sometimes on Wednesday nights at Mr Spot''s Chai House. There are recordings of that on the Neon Brown website
My rocknroll band is called Glass Goblins. Glass Goblins performs electric versions of several of the tunes from "It''s A What?" including ''Godless Weather'' and ''Kira''
All of my music is guided in part by my interests in pre-commercial culture, dowsing, nonverbal and/or interspecies communication, energy channelling and acosmic pantheism
I live in Seattle, WA, Earth. I moved here from Vermont, Earth, where I played music with Marc Cantlin in the band called Bruce. Bruce continues to play and record on rare & special occassions. Related examples may be heard at

Since moving to Seattle, I have played in or performed with: The Bond, Outside The Lines, Indonesian Junk, The Shank, Cantenna, Underground Weather, Kaos Nites, Neon Brown Presents, Pawn Council Presents, Cop Bait (Street Unit), 321 Party, Snoose Junction and most recently 5-Track & Glass Goblins
All of this music is presented as an offering to the culture, in hopes that it is not too late
