''Earth quaking distortion and melodic, heart-wrenching vocals''
-Tablet Magazine

''I''m intrigued by the lyrics... the harmonizing and even the band''s cohesion in their instrumentation style, oftentimes reminiscent of early Smashing Pumpkins''
-Mandy Johnson, The Synthesis

''Grim psychedelic and atmospheric...like a storm cloud too caught up in its personal problems to bother with the whole rain gig''

''Their sound has that emoriffic-lyrical styling; driven by guitar pedal antics and a stern rhythm section... like a Future Sound of Garage Rock.''

''Jodi Hates the World is stellar sad bastard music, the kind you use to drown out the hum of driving through flatlands late at night, creating your own sonic shell. Theirs is a quest to wrap their music around you and draw you in''
-Skip Allums KLSU
