This organ toccata was inspired by a late evening stroll in the fall of 1997 in Cambridge on the King''s College grounds during which I heard Léon Boëllmann''s Suite Gothique Op. 25: IV Toccata: Allegro emanating from King''s College Chapel---quite the spectacle resembling a live filmscore.
