This album was created because McArthur Hall, wanted to make a change in his life and musical content. I wanted to do what I love and be proud of what I was doing and saying. I started making secular beats and music at 14 years of age. There weren''t too many up and coming rap artitst in the Wyandotte county Kansas area who had not been on a microphone in my basement at some point in time. I worked with local artist such as: the arsenal (Heavy Weights), Ghetto Kaos, Big B, Calico, Mad Marlon, Pistola, Stereotype Buster, Tooth Pic, Ric-Hard, Deville, and Bohn both of the group Ghetto kaos. I am a wanna be Christian rapper or as I like to say a rapper that wants to be a Christian as opposed to a Christian Rapper. I have found that the title Christian Rapper brings so much judgement upon you, because you are expected to be perfect. I feel since I''m far from perfect I would try and get away from being a quote unquote Chrisitan rapper. This album is more of a testimony filled with lyrics that tell stories of my life and journey back to Christ.
