This melody and groove idea was originally conceived by the late bassist Brent Cole and his good friend, drummer Landon Rigmaiden. From there, Producer and friend of Brent, Jacob Lowery developed it as a demo for Landon Rigmaiden. After Brent''s untimely death, Producer and Bassist Robin D. Rorie decided to further develop Brent''s original idea as a tribute song to him and brought in vocalist and writer Alicia Cobb. The result is a song that memorializes Brent Cole, pays tribute to his original idea and takes the listener on a groove journey filled with pleasant and funky twists.
