A Brooklyn-based band fronted by singer-songwriter Andrew Zapanta with Sarah Wood, Ry Pilla and Joel Pixley-Fink. Zap & The Naturals have been the featured act at many NYC events including the multimedia show "The United States of Conciousness" at Public Assembly in Williamsburg, "Mothership" in lower Manhattan and "The Digable Arts Festival" in Hoboken, NJ. Some favorite venues include Fontana''s, Piano''s, and Bowery Poetry Club. Their music is an original fusion of indie soul and reggae. In 2006, Andrew was voted “Songwriter Of the Year” by International Online magazine. Sarah has traveled the world with classical music ensembles, and Ry has shared the stage with Wyclef Jean, Jack Johnson, and many others.
