Feverbird started as a high-school band driven by the likes of JET, The Beatles, and Jack White. After winning a local battle of the bands, the original three members— Matt Roberts, Corey Coffman, and Connor Garland— decided to get serious about writing songs. Corey had a small recording studio in his basement where they got to work on a record. A year and a half later, and a lot of knowledge, experience, and even a few members (Baily Stauffer and Shawn Keefer) gained, Feverbird''s EP was complete. With consistently great song-writing, and influences from greats like My Morning Jacket, Radiohead, and those mentioned previously, this EP is worth checking out.
