Continuing their historic musical journey through colonial New England, The Dimes present William Dawes And Other Forgotten Gems. This collection of songs contains the bluesy, swampy title track of their second full length record, “The King Can Drink The Harbour Dry” (ironically not included on the album that took its name). Also included are live fan favorites, the up-tempo “Paul Revere,” complete with signature clap-along verses, and former show opener “Robert Goddard.” Written and recorded during last year’s sessions for TKCDTHD these tunes further explore the people and events of Boston, MA in the playful, melodic way The Dimes have come to be known for that will have you singing along and learning more about our nation’s past.
