Justice is a true story of a little girl I met while walking my dogs. Her story touched me
and my hope is that it brings inspiration to the listener as well.

Butterfly was written soon after moving back to Nashville. A friend of
mine and I were having lunch and she mentioned butterflies and how
they were symbolic to her. For me, a butterfly symbolizes female
empowerment; soaring in life after overcoming a bad situation. My hope
is that this song takes you on a ride and allows you to open yourself
to the greatness life has to offer. Life doesn’t come free of rough
patches but it usually takes the bad to truly enjoy the good.
Personal Space
Personal Space is meant to convey a simple, yet real love. Being with
the one you love feels like home. The chorus came as a flowing melody
as I was writing much like the way the song itself is supposed to flow
easily and remind us all that love takes a lot of effort but with the
right person, it feels effortless.

I wanted to write a song with great vocal range-quiet, emotional yet
intense to portray the devastation you feel when your heart has been
broken. Everyone can relate to this song in the sense that we have all
experienced a fair share of heart break and know that with a broken
heart come many ups and downs. Was it All a Lie is meant to vocally
take you to that place of raw emotion in order to really grasp the
vulnerability behind the meaning.
Don’t Tempt Me with a Good Time
Don’t Tempt Me with a Good Time was written while I was living in Los
Angeles. This is a fun song that’s about how everyone needs a
vacation. Basically just saying don’t tempt me about going somewhere
if you don’t mean it because I could pack a bag and go today!
I’ll Do Anything Twice
This is a real-life, real-emotion song. Relates to how women tend to
be in relationships; trying to make it work at any cost. You think you
are strong enough to let go if mistakes are made but when it becomes
real, the strength you once held onto begins to weaken and you find
out your love for the other person is what is stronger than your
ability to let go. Sometimes we will do anything twice when it comes
to love.
