I wrote these pieces over the years usually after/during some key points in my life. As such they reflect a point in time that I can visit by listening to these tracks. They reinforce in me, a sense of the journey.
I''ve used these for meditation at one point. I''ve been practicing different forms of meditation for over 15 years. We all eventually find our own way, what works for one may be different from what is best for another.
For me, I''ve found that listening to these pieces for a few minutes can help decouple the mind from the daily grind. These are relatively short phrases, if you want to use these to help you prepare for meditation, I''d suggest listening to them in the following order -
