We seek to learn the diet of the Prophet (S) and to present a collection of Quranic verses and Ahadith that relate to the specific recipes that are presented in an effort to better understand what the Prophet (S) used to eat in his everyday life.

We issued a special cookbook (eBook in PDF format) that combines the collection of Hadith and Quranic verses with the top most famous recipes in the Islamic world.
