Bill Culp is a Canadian singer-songwriter who performs over 200 live shows per year and includes Canada, the USA, Europe and Australia amongst his musical travels.

His debut CD “Roots’n’Roll” was critically praised and peaked at # 11 on the Americana charts in Texas, while the lead single “Riverside” enjoyed three consecutive months on the Canadian Country Radio Hot 100 chart (CMN). In total, the disc was radio play listed in twelve countries around the globe including France, Belgium, Scotland, Australia, The Netherlands, The UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, The USA and Canada.

“Merry Christmas (Wherever You Are)” is the debut holiday single for Bill Culp and his amazing “Canadian All-Star Band” including guest vocals from Marie Bottrell (2010 Inductee into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame, 2-time CCMA Female Vocalist of the Year, 7-time Juno nominee), 12-string electric guitar by the legendary Bill Dillon (Sarah McLaughlin, Robbie Robertson, Joni Mitchell, The Neville Brothers, Daniel Lanios, Peter Gabriel), Fender Telecaster guitar by Mike Daley (Jeff Healey Band), Drums by Jim Casson (Downchild Blues Band, the “band that inspired the Blues Brothers”), Hammond B3 Organ by Bruce Tournay (Music Director for CTV’s “Just for Laughs” show).

As a 100% CanCon single, this medium tempo song has an infectious “Christmas” hook, great vocal harmonies, and solid musicianship from a stellar group of Canadians. Stylistically, this crossover song can be described as “Blue Rodeo meets Lady Antebellum”.
