CREATES REAL UNIX USER ACCOUNTS FROM WEB BASED FORM

From a simple 2 form field (username/password) this script creates a REAL ftp account. Any mediocre programmer can also add other routines to add mail accounts, etc. A great building block and you wont find this type of script ANYWHERE on the net.
