This song was written a long time ago - I am 51 and wrote the lyrics and melody with my life long friend Wendell Jones at 17. I had been reading "On Walden''s Pond" and living on my dad''s 86 acre property way out in the country. I still have a great fondness for this wonderful planet we live on: what an awesome creation! Nature is full of thunder and storms, it is also full of gentle breezes and warm sunshine. Lay back and enjoy the simple experience of simply being......simple~
