Craig Hlady is a talented guitarist and composer from Boston, Massachusetts. Whether he’s playing jazz, blues, rock or fusion, Craig always shows a heartfelt passion in his music and brings an accomplished level of musicianship to his performances. Craig is also a faculty member at the esteemed Berklee College of Music where he now serves as Associate Professor in the Guitar Department. He has been a featured columnist in Guitar Player Magazine.
His latest release “The Dedham Jazz Project” by Craig Hlady and Friends features 15 original jazz compositions. Engaging the listener with captivating melodies, inspired solos, and lush harmonies, guitarist Craig Hlady and Friends offers an assortment of jazz originals played in a variety of ensemble settings from duo to quintet. These captivating gems move flawlessly from Swing, Blues, and Latin to Contemporary and Fusion.
