One day I was on the bus when someone pointed to my guitar case and asked, "What kind of music do you play?" While this was a very simple question, I had great difficulty answering it. This album is an effort to answer that question, for myself and for others who ask. Throughout the album, you might hear influences of everything from G-funk to Flamenco. I don''t limit my compositions to one genre. I love many styles and I love working with the great diversity of people that explore them. I''ve learned that the best answer to the man''s question was, "I play music".
