Moyer is a two-man, piano-based indie-pop band that works out of New York City.
"Some Things Go In Circles," the band''s debut album, is also the first release from New Jersey label Newport Hill Records. It was written and recorded over two and a half weeks in Bethany Beach, Delaware, during January and February of 2005.
The album features indelible melodies, innovative production, and multi-layered lyrics about people stuck in the cycles of life, from love ("Bethany") to work ("Cyborg") to death ("Life''s A Peach").
The men behind Moyer - Cris Silvent and Jon E.P. - have created music together since the fall of 2001. "Some Things Go In Circles" marks their third full-length-album collaboration as a writing and producing team.
