This being the 9th Circio Rapture CD, challenges were in order to create something unique. At least to CR, since just about everything has been done already. Hence, the one word song titles and original CD title: Syndronius Elements. Original because ‘syndronius’ is a word I made up – does not exist on Earth. It means synergy of energy in a certain time period – could be few minutes or a few days, months, or years. In this case the synergy of energy is for one day which incorporates the ‘elements’ in that day. The elements of the day which has been done many times in themes is nothing new.
Circio’s Rapture has put its stamp on the theme with a musical progression from morning to night. I tried to match the music with the mood and as usual with CR, things can be twisted or change course a bit. The 7th track is called “Particulating” and is another made up word, although an extension of ‘particular’.
Lots of guitar and cool arrangements with melodies and harmonies. There’s even a 12 string acoustic guitar on “Reflections” and some nice sound effects on the opening and closing tracks.
