Nancy Cheek is a singer/songwriter who began her musical career when she was in the choir all through elementary school up to and including college. She continued her love for music singing in a Southern rock band after high school. Cheek then sang for charities and private benefits on and off over the years. She''s always been writing songs, but hasn''t published them until now because having four daughters kept her quite busy. One of the songs on her album, "We Live in a Dream," was actually written back in 1980 while she was stationed in Puerto Rico with the Navy. Cheek has always loved to sing and now feels that it is time to share her love of music with the rest of the world. Cheek would like to share her journey by praying others can keep the heart and spirit of God in their lives. She believes music is in our soul and will continue to show this to others in her music.
