Larry Belafonte who''s real name is Larry Atwater a.k.a. Stomp Dogg is well known in the
DMV (DC, MD and Va.) area as a hard playing Go-GO drummer. He grew up in Church where he
first played drums when the drummer that normally plays missed an out of town
performance. Stomp at the age of 5yrs old was given the chance to step up and play. Stomp
Dogg later went on to play with other Go-Go bands most noticeably The Northeast Groovers
(who where very sucessfull in their region) Familiar Faces, Faycez U Know and a few
others as he also continued to play in Church. Stomp Dogg is now going by the Larry
Belafonte and has now stepped from behind the drums and recorded as a singer his first
single called "I Know That You Want Me'' featuring Killa Cal. Killa Cal has won the Best
Rapper of the year in the Dc annual Go-Go awards in 2010. The song was recorded and
