Details:
Kirk Chadwick Bentley writes music and performs simply as Chadwick. His songs wander between slightly sentimental feel good synth pop and weirdo indie electronic experiments. That''s a lot of ground to cover but Chadwick seems intent on both crafting the perfect 3 minute pop song and adding in enough weirdness to keep it from sounding like mmmm...bop.

As a musician and producer, Chadwick has worked steadily (if under the rader) in the Seattle music industry for over 15 years. Starting out as a pick up bass player for anyone who''d take him and then graduating to write, produce and eventually record the bands he lead. In late 90''s and 2000''s Chadwick played bass, synth and sang in two popular PNW bands, The Cinematics and Pleasurecraft. In additional to handling songwriting, he also recorded and produced or co-produced much of that output. Chadwick also handles the occasional remix and of course, performs as a one man, inspirational juggernaut around PNW clubs. His shows are part performance art, part dance party and part singer songwriter soft rock cool down.

Chadwick is a multi-instrumentalist and you can hear that on all these tracks. Apart from a few background vocal duties, Chadwick plays ever instrument you hear on his records. Bass, guitar, drums, and all the electronic programming and synthesizer landscapes are meticulously recorded, re-recorded, tweaked, munched, and messed with until just the right musical mixture comes out.

Chadwick been making records since he was about 12 years old when he released his first cassette called "Jet City," using his first synthesizer the Juno-106. Over the years he''s released over 10 records either with bands or as a solo entity.
