I am a pianist who prefers to write my own music rather than playing music written by others. My first love is the piano, and as a composer and pianist, I enjoy writing and performing keyboard-based instrumental music. My music definitely has been influenced by Elton John, Yanni, and Jeffrey Lynne/ELO (Electric Light Orchestra), to name a few. While the piano and other keyboard instruments are prominent, I employ a variety of other instruments (guitars, drums, violins, and horns, etc.) as well. Depending on who you talk to, my music is classified as either easy listening, contemporary classical, soft rock, pop, or meditative. Serenity is a cd of 11 original songs, and creating this music has been a labor of love for me. I hope you enjoy it.
