On The Airwaves was inspired by an acoustic riff written by Justin Faubert. The sadness and longing in the music inspired the lyrics that are both desperate and hopeful. This is the story of two people living alone in neighboring high rise apartments. In this current age of technology and connectivity, people get lost in the multitude of distractions that resonate in the air around us. Our phones and televisions become our connection to the real world, but we are becoming lost and alone by the way they remove us from each other.
