You may download the audios and save them to your iPod or MP3 player, or save them to your desktop and burn them to a CD. Practicing yoga to an audio is a wonderful way to become deeper in touch with your practice, as you are only focusing on your mind and body and listening to verbal cues as you move through the asanas.

As you practice yoga, wear comfortable clothing, and roll out your mat in a quiet place. To maintain stability in your postures, it is recommended to remove your shoes and socks and practice barefoot. You may also want to use a block or rolled-up blanket to help position yourself properly in some of the poses, and a strap to build flexibility.
