In 1987 the original Braun Brothers, Muzzie, Gary and Billy Braun got together with the Little Braun Brothers: Reckless Kelly’s Cody (10), Willy (9) and Micky and the Motorcars’ Gary (7), and Micky (6) to create this great collection of Christmas songs. The original album was released on cassette only with the single Lonesome Little Cowboy released on a 45 to radio stations. Muzzie and family friend Pinto Bennett hand delivered cassette copies in 5 pound sacks of Idaho Potatoes to all the major publishing and record companies in Nashville. Twenty two years later Muzzie still gets requests every year for copies of the album so he decided to finally make it available. Muzzie says, “I promise you, this is about as honest and cute as yer gonna get. If you are fans of any of the Braun Brothers, we guarantee this will tickle ya and get ya in the Holiday mood!”
