Amy humbly began as a solo troubadour who fancied a certain bass playing fella named Brad. They formed a duo called The Gnomes and played many pubs, patios and fall fairs across Ontario. Soon the duo expanded to include a drummer, and then a smokin’ lead guitarist. And that, in a nutshell, is how Hey Amy came to be.
Their debut album was recorded in November of 2010 at the legendary Woodshed Studio in Toronto (home of Blue Rodeo).
