Nocturne is the artist''s second release, and was recorded in the early part of 2011. William has chosen 14 of his favourite tracks - from the early 20th Century through to the present day - by original recording artists such as Paul Simon, Michael Bublé, and The Dave Brubeck Quartet.
Each track is an individual interpretation - my own vision of these classic songs. The hope was to create an hour of music that is both instantly familiar to the ear, and yet also contemporary in style.
As the title proposes, Nocturne should be best served as an accompaniment to a relaxing evening. All reviews and comments are most welcome, and thank you as ever for listening to my recordings!
