Kim is the Pastor’s Wife and the Music Director of New Destiny Worship Center. She resides in Clearwater, FL with her husband Anthony and 3 children, Kalyx, Carlton & Braden. Leading people into the presence of God is her passion and has been all of her life. At the age of 10, she began playing the organ in her father’s church, and then took over all of the church music responsibilities at the age of 15. She attended Jackson College of Ministries in Jackson, Mississippi and graduated with highest honors with a Bachelor of Music Degree in 1990. While attending JCM, Kim traveled with the Lanny Wolfe Singers across the country. She married Anthony in 1991 and together they worked as Youth Pastors of First Pentecostal Church in Jackson, MS, where she led the youth choir. From there the Ballesteros moved to Albion, MI and Kim became the music director of Christ Apostolic Church. In 1995, God began to deal with Anthony & Kim to start a church in Clearwater, FL, and on May 12, 1996, that dream was realized when they opened the doors of the Pentecostals of Clearwater. From that day until now, her passion has been leading the congregation in praise & worship. God has blessed her to produce 2 solo projects, 3 Praise & Worship CDs, 3 Children’s CDs, including 2 musicals, and a Girls Only CD. Her Destiny is Worship and that is what she intends to do for the rest of her life as they pastor New Destiny Worship Center.
