The rock duet, which is comprised of Mitch Johnson and Aaron Johnson (no they are not related), grew up together in small-town Minnesota. After moving to St. Paul, where they now make their home, the group decided to reestablish themselves in the ever-changing Twin Cities music scene. Their debut EP "Homegrown Radio" displays a more "stripped down" version of this set of three songs, in comparison with their full-band live set. This EP is only a taste of what is to come, seeing as how the duo is headed right back into the studio to crank out some more of their unique brand of pop rock. The group may reside in St. Paul now, but they haven''t forgotten about their country roots. These two country boys are about to show St. Paul, and the rest of their listening audience what they are all about. This set of childhood friends have created a talented group that lives and breathes by their name. They are Young.
