When asked about her joy of singing, Latoya recalls, “Singing has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. I recognise and have grown to understand the power of music and what it does for me and others. Over the years, music has become a trusted friend and lifetime partner. In the words of my long time friend and sister ‘Music lifts me up when I am down. Music teaches me life lessons, and connects me to others. Music understands me, loves me and never judges me’.”
Latoya’s passion has lead her to participate in countless talent shows; singing and dancing. She reached the semi-finals of the national talent competition "UK Unsigned" in 2009. Since then Latoya has sang as an opening act for Gospel Reggae artist Junior Tucker and she continues to sing in church. With passion, determination and talent, this will prove to be the start of on an incredible journey.
