Darkin was officially born on a Sept. night in 2007 when brothers Frank and AJ returned home from a concert in Philadelphia, PA. The pair saw how much fun playing onstage appeared to be; and desperately wanted to play covers of all their favorite songs. In 2008, Mike officially joined the line-up on bass. 2009 witnessed the band officially writing their own tracks and performing their first shows. In 2010, the band became a much more serious endeavor, as the trio cranked out more tunes, appeared in more shows, and set their sights on more intensive gigging. Early 2011, the band exited the studio with their EP in hand, ready as ever to share their passion with the world!
