I fell in love with country music in the late 80s. The artists that really made an impression on me then where Tanya Tucker, Trisha Yearwood, and Reba McIntyre. Their strong lyrics and female sensibility about their writing put me on a path to really think about my lyrics and song writing direction.
I paid my dues playing bars and clubs in my hometown of Spring Hill, Fl for several years in cover bands.
It didn’t take long for me to realize my heart was into writing and recording original country music as well as performing live. I wanted to take my career to a national level, and while writing new music I toured the country opening for the likes of Charlie Daniels, Dwight Yoakam, Sara Evans, and Carrie Underwood.
After spending much time in the studio recording my collection of work I am really excited to put together a tour featuring my original music.
I look forward to seeing all of you great country music fans soon, while I’m out there on the road!
