MITTLÃ…T is here with our third album. The title means "going west", that is the border against Norway. If you like traditional Swedish fiddle music with a touch of new influences this is something for you. The tunes are from the middle of Sweden with an emphasis on triplet polskas.
The group consists of ANNETTE GABRIELSSON, ELISABETH WALLIN and ANDERS WEDLUND. All of us play the fiddle and Anders also plays two row button accordion and mandola. We have been playing together since 2001. 2003 we released our first album “Mittlåt†which is an album dedicated to special variations of polska dancing. We love to play at dancing events. This is were the music really comes to it’s best.
