Once Upon A Tree was awarded a 2001 CARA (Contemporary A cappella Recording Award) for Best Religious Album. These awards are handed out yearly by the Contemporary A cappella Society. This album was chosen over the latest releases from three other nominees, Acappella, InsideOut, and Take 6. Congratulations to the Vocal Union!
