christina fantis was born in athens, greece to greek-egyptian parents. her musical talent was first recognized at the tender age of five after having performed on a tour bus in athens.
at the age of seven, she had emmigrated to canada and began writing poetry in greek as well as other languages such as spanish, french, and english.
two years ago, christina decided to cast her gift of prose in lyrical form. her album ‘seven-7-epta’ contains seven songs : five in the greek language, 1 in french, and 1 in spanish.
presently christina holds a bachelor of arts degree in spanish. throughout her travels what remained deep and strong for christina was her passion for writing and singing. despite not being able to play any particular musical instrument, her melodies are uniquely created from her imagination.
when christina sings, she « speaks from her soul » and hopes her work will touch people''s hearts.
