I literally killed myself in building the first site, spending hours sorting through various niches, pouring over keyword data, writing over 50 pages of content, building thousands of backlinks, and perfecting every aspect of the site.

I stayed up all hours of the night, feverishly working away, developing this "perfect niche" the one niche to rule them all.

I did everything "right". All the research and data suggested that this niche would be a "winner". I followed all the advice of so many experts. To the letter. I literally put in every waking moment to developing this site to be the sure-fire money-maker that I knew it could be.

And I failed miserably.

With the second niche, I approached it a little differently.

Instead of looking at the data of what "could be," I worked with the data of "what was," and simply reverse engineered the results.
