STILL THINKING: Still Thinking
The urban, hip-hop sounds of Still Thinking are unlike any other! From heart felt ballads to hard-core hip-hop; the bands style cannot be easily defined. Drums, bass, keys, sax, guitar, DJ/turntablist, samples, percussion, a lead MC and three other rappers; bring uplifting, ass-shaking, ground-breaking music to their audiences; time and time again. After making serious waves in the Melbourne scene for over two years, the band has finally launched their debut record. Engineered by Hadyn Buxton, produced by J-Skoobs (Daniel Merriweather, Phrase, Jackson Jackson), mixed by Michael Letho and featuring the divine guest vocals of Karishma Sadhai, this is one tight album!!!
THE BIO
An explosive blend of jazz, rock, funk, metal and dancehall with an undeniable dose of HIP HOP! “Still Thinking” is a seven strong outfit of musical pioneers from the city of Melbourne.
With a uniquely Australian sound, their music is a boiling pot of ideas from a band of thinkers. Making B Boys break, hip-hoppers bounce, rockers rock & booty shakers SHAKE!
Seven band members, each with a strong message. Drums, Bass, Keys and Guitar make up the rhythm section. A healthy dose of Sax, Turntables, Samples and Rap completes the picture.
Talented soloists, share the spotlight with stylized rhymes! Ass-shaking grooves, spontaneous sections, and catchy melodies that will have you whistling in the shower!
The debut album was released in April ''06, and the ST crew are excited about getting back to the studio in 2007.

REVIEW FROM THE HERALD-SUN, APRIL 2006
Melbourne''s organic hip hop scene is growing at a healthy rate, producing many quality acts.
Still Thinking are solid and consistent contributors to the scene and this highly anticipated release confirms the seven-piece outfit can cut the goods in the studio.
When a group has such a vibrant live presence it''s often lost on record, but not here.
Jumping tracks Everybody and One For The Ladies have classy instrumentation and Karishma Sadhai''s soulful guest vocals.
Featuring some of Melbourne''s most gifted and hard-working young musicians, the great production and artwork complete an impresssive, if simple, debut album.
