The first in a series of albums telling stories from travellers all around the world. Dromomania - the compulsive urge to travel is becoming more and more contagious with thousands of people throwing a rucksack on their back, picking exciting destinations they have only dreamt of, buying a round trip ticket and leaving their job.
This urge to travel is being recorded by way of journals, photographs, memories and storytelling. The TRAVELLERS JOURNAL concept tells travellers'' tales through music and photographs with genuine sounds from the street, nature and local dialogue.
TRAVELLERS JOURNAL - BORACAY is a concept by musician Matt Deegan who records whilst on the road with artists from all around the world contributing to the album and Matt has used his connections with these musicians to creats a truly unique album. The album is split into three musical genres; drum & bass, house and chillout. These boundries overlap so BORACAY flows smoothly from one genre to the next.
