I went to all sorts of doctors, taken all types of drugs and even considered different kinds of surgeries (thank god I didnt elect to have them). Nothing helped and nothing provided me with the kind of long term relief that I was looking for.

A couple of months ago, I read online about the power of yoga and how it could help with a variety of physical ailments. I was curious. I had always thought that yoga was just a hippie way to relax and a weird way to focus your attention. I never thought that it could have any real medicinal value.

So I was intrigued to learn that people all over the country were using yoga to help with real problems. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I bought an online book to teach me what I needed to know.

The process was slow at first, but I kept with it and the combination of stretching, breathing and meditation really did the trick. Im now the biggest fan of this ancient Hindu exercise.

I cant recommend that yoga will cure what problems you might have, but at the very least, it is good to expand your mind and learn what might be the worlds greatest (and oldest) medicine.
