The Super Nashwan Kids

The Super Nashwan Kids are a group of inspired kids who believe in powerful music. Having endeavored to combine the accessible and engaging with the anxious and the abrasive, they have created a broad spectrum of uplifting, colourful and apparently simplistic, yet precise and layered music, jarred with lyrical swipes at an anodyne society. The intention is for some kind of distinct reaction in the listener. Itâs not a soundtrack, itâs music to move to.

This focus on passionate music is reflected in the band's ambitions. Off the back of networking and gigging London extensively, the band were taken on by Blue Mountain Music, but have remained gigging independently, and recorded their debut album independently, both financially and creatively, to retain the crux of an organic DIY development. The band are determined to retain this integrity in their music and promote it with their unique standard of urgent, energetic, insuppressibly youthful and vibrant shows.
