In March of 2000, Denny released his second CD entitled "Generations". The CD was co-produced by Dan Myers, formerly a member of From Good Homes. "Generations" has a warm inviting feel and encompasses an array of musical styles including ragtime, folk, country and pop. It was picked by Performing Songwriter Magazine as one of their Top 12 DIY (do-it-yourself) independent releases in it''s September/October issue. Also in 2000, Denny was chosen to perform in the new artist showcase at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Denny was picked out of 240 applicants!
In October 2003, Denny released his third CD “Shoulda Seen The Dream” to enthusiastic reviews, signed to BOS Music label, gaining him national attention. “Shoulda Seen The Dream” was featured in Relix Magazine’s “On The Verge” section (Dec. 2003/Jan. 2004), and was also selected for a review in Singer Magazine (March/April 2004). https://www.tradebit.com’s October, 2003 review says about “Shoulda Seen The Dream”, “Straightforward and confessional, Tilton’s third release contains songs that tell of love and a continual search for whatever is around the next of life’s bends. The tracks rely heavily on the Tilton’s voice to carry them—a voice that is a stew of Cat Stevens and Bob Dylan, with a flavor all its own—and the lyrics contain different pellets of wisdom only found in the gathering of years.”
"Tilton is a traveler who takes the road less taken and comes back with stories to tell. A mature songwriter, he has an uncanny ability to capture that moment we call real life." -David Strange - MusicHead, Poconos, PA
