There are a ton of different plugins that you can use on your site for increasing email opt-ins. Theres the Hello Bar, the PopUp Domination Plugin, Premium List Magnet, and even more alternatives. But Covert Messenger Pro is a recently released WordPress plugin that apparently blows all the other list building plugins right out of the water.

The way Covert Messenger Pro works is that it simulates an instant messenger chat box that pops up on the bottom right corner of the screen. You can choose for it to appear as a Facebook chat, ICQ chat, MSN Messenger Chat, and more. When visitors click on the chat box, it redirects them to your opt-in page where they can enter their emails.

Its a pretty innovative tool for increasing your opt-ins, or even getting more people to clickthrough to a page or site that you want them to go to
