Pianist Rhonda Ringering has crafted a career
as a pianist, a writer and an instructor. She has
released two prior CDs, Oregon Impressions:
the Original Piano Music of Dave Deason and
Made in America, a collection of American
music. She is an active chamber music and solo
performer for venues as diverse as Multnomah
County Library, Central Oregon Symphony,
The Old Church, Linfield College, Broderick
Gallery Series, and the Ernest Bloch Music
Festival. She has performed live on KBPS 89.9
FM. She has appeared several times with Oregon
Chamber Players, and frequently performs
cabaret with tenor Ron Harman. She is a staff
accompanist and an adjunct professor of piano
at Linfield College, piano instructor for Young
Musician''s and Artist''s Camp, and she maintains
a private piano studio in Forest Grove, Oregon.
A BIT ABOUT DANA
Composer Dana Carlile is an amateur pianist who had several years of piano instruction as a child from his mother Dorothy. He took up the piano again on his own after hearing Istvan Nadas play the complete keyboard works of J. S. Bach at Reed College in 1979.
