By purchasing an Abwun­GreenLyte (AG) Non­Exclusive Artist License, you agree to the following terms:

Licensee: Artist

Licensor: Abwun­GreenLyte Music Production Company

· The Licensee is granted permission to use the instrumental licensed music for limited purposes.

· The Licensee is limited to 2,000 unit sales. If unit sales exceed 2,000, a new or exclusive license
will need to be purchased.

· The Licensee must supply Licensor with at least 1 copy of any completed song derived from the
licensed music. This copy can be sent via email to [email protected]://www.tradebit.com.

· The Licensee is to give Licensor written credit on any printed material where the licensed music is
used.

· The Licensee may not sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, rearrange, remove any melodies, instruments, drums programming, or transfer all or any music purchased under this license.

· The Licensee has the right to perform songs derived from the licensed music in public. If the
music is to be performed regionally, nationally or worldwide via radio, television, motion picture, or any other form of entertainment, the Licensee must contact Licensor so that the proper steps can be taken in obtaining any performance royalties generated.

· If the Licensee secures a major deal and would like to use the licensed music exclusively, an exclusive agreement will need to be signed and an exclusive licensing fee must be paid.

· The Licensee cannot use the licensed music as a background element in TV, Film, Video, or DVD projects without obtaining written consent or securing another licensing agreement that covers such use of the licensed music.

· Licensor retains 100 copyright and ownership of the licensed music.

· Licensor is the sole owner of the licensed music. The Licensee has no ownership of the licensed
music.

· Licensor has full authority and full right to issue other parties the right to use the music being
licensed.

· The Licensee must comply with every aspect of this agreement or this license will be terminated.
